Summertime learning

Now that we are halfway through our summer semester, I want to recognize the efforts of a dedicated group of students who are taking summer classes with us. For over sixty adult learners, it's not about the lazy, crazy days of summer. While others are chilling by the lake or taking siestas in the hammock, they're tackling chemistry and algebra, improving their math and writing skills, or preparing to take the GED tests. Instead of fireworks in the sky, their brain synapses are firing with new learning. Congratulations to our summer learners who are making the most of this learning opportunity!
